Lovely warm brie round coated in apricot jam topped with roasted pecans and enveloped in a puff pastry.
Apricot Baked Brie
Ingredients
- Brie Round (Costco)
- 1 jar apricot jam
- Chopped, roasted pecans
- Puff pastry sheets
- Crackers
Instructions
- Lay out puff pastry sheet. Place brie round in the center. Top with apricot jam and pecans.
- Completely wrap brie in the puff pastry and bake according to directions on pastry box.
- Serve with crackers or baguette slices
Notes
This looks amazing when it is warm, and not so great at room temperature.
