Vegetarian Nachos, Tacos, Burritos
Ingredients
- Shells, fry bread or tortilla chips
- Lettuce
- Tomatoes
- Sour cream
- Guacamole or sliced avocadoes
- Re-fried beans or Black beans
- Cheese
- Green onions
- Green, yellow or red pepper
- Hot sauce or salsa
- Corn
- Chopped jicama
For a different taste omit the re-fried beans and add:
- Crumbled feta cheese (not melted)
- Chopped pecans- toasted or not
- A little of your favorite Italian type vinaigrette
Instructions
- Heat up the warm stuff, chop the veggies and then combine.
