This is a really fast recipe that adds a nice touch to a taco bar. Most of the time I use brown jasmine or basmati rice instead of white. I also use a non msg bouillon found at a whole foods store.

Ingredients
- 2 c water
- 2 cubes of boullion
- ½ t cumin
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 T butter
- 4 sprigs cilantro
- 1 c rice
Instructions
- Bring to boil water, boullion, cumin, garlic and butter.
- Add cilantro and rice. Lower heat, cover and cook until rice is tender.
- Fluff and serve.
