My Mom is the source of most of my amazing recipes. This one she sent to me in 1997 while I was in France. This is a healthy, hearty meal. Not a lot of prep time but save enough time for cooking. Kids even like these and the filling can be frozen and re-heated for camping. Omit the cheese and these are even eaten at room temperature (lunch).
