This is my children’s FAVORITE way to eat Mexican food! I make these about once a year since I’m not a real fan of deep frying (We don’t have a vent for our range so the smell lingers for a really long time.) We make a huge batch of these so we can have some covered in homemade cinnamon honey butter for dessert….
Zucchini Bread, Whole-Wheat, Sugar-Free
This sweet, dense bread recipe comes from the 100 Days of Real Food website. This was a lifesaver when our family took the 100 day challenge to eat nothing but real food. It is so delicious! Sharine’s Sourdough Bread
This is my favorite make at home loaf bread recipe. I love the spongy, moist texture of the inside. The crust is quite…crusty (my son accidentally called it bark instead of crust one day.) This bread has a slight sourdough taste the first day but tastes more sour with each subsequent day. Makes six loaves. You must have a good kitchen scale like this one….
