This is from my sister-in-law Renée who created a copy-cat recipe of Noodle & Co’s Spicy Peanut Sauce. I would say it is pretty darn close! And oh-so good! Serve over vegetables and rice or rice noodles. She always at least doubles or triples this recipe….

Fun food memory: I tried these at a lunch where a bunch of like-minded healthy-eating mom’s got together and shared recipes. I loved them so much that a couple of days later, on a Friday night I decided to make them. That night Grant was out of town and so my sister Rebecca and I decided to have a Bill Murray movie marathon. Thai Nut Dipping Sauce
This is a yummy sauce to eat with spring rolls or just about anything else! It is very easy and versatile. I love this but the garlic is a killer on the breath. (You know it’s bad when your breath wakes you up at night). In the future I would VERY lightly sautée the garlic in a little olive oil, being careful not to scorch it before I add it to the sauce. …
